This is a video of the microscopic view of the Integrated Circuit (IC) microchip for my Final Year Project (FYP)/ thesis "1 GHz DLL-based RF-PWM Generator" using 250 nm Si-Ge Bi-CMOS process. Its a completely single-ended CMOS design.
