One of the biggest most remarkable Tornado day was the day I filmed this 4-14-12. Even though Hutchinson didn't get hit that bad, destruction hit elsewhere. All thoughout the day I watched this destruction on my local weather channel to get up to date for when/if it would strike. Over 100 tornados hit the midwest that day. I think this day will be marked in history. It is only the second time in history for them to predict something this big 24 hours in advance in a long time. Towns of Salina, Kansas, Dodge City, Kansas Wichita, Kansas were some of the cities hit. There were also a ton of tornados and twisters all throughout the rural areas. I also know some of this epic storm began in Oklahoma and it also went as high north as Iowa. Where the tornado went, destruction followed. I saw news coverage of Wichita Kansas showing a ton of houses destroyed. I know there were injuries and some deaths throughout the midwest from this dangerous storm disaster.
